Configure Lost Prospects

In order to track lost prospects on the Prospect Profile Screen, you must first make a change in the general configuration of your database.

  1. Go to the Setup tab
  2. Click on the option "Configure"
  3. Choose "General Application Configuration" in the option box
  4. Find the item, "Prospex Status" and add the word "Lost" to the list (be sure to follow the pattern of punctuation).  Place it in the order in which you would like to see it on the Prospect Profile Screen.
  5. Close the General Application Configuration screen and log out of ResiDex.  When you log back in, you will see the addition of "lost" to the status option list.

After making this change in setup, go to a Prospect Profile Screen to utilize the new feature.
