'Undo' Recap of a Service, Chore or Task
If you mistakenly mark a Service, Chore or Task as “Done” on the Today Screen, you can easily undo this, and change it’s status back to “To-Do.”
How to Undo a Recap
On the Today Screen, make sure you have the correct Provider selected - this should be the same Provider as the one selected when the Service, Chore or Task was marked “Done”
- Press the “Show All” button at the top of the screen
- Find the Service, Chore or Task you want to ‘undo’ the recap for, and click on it
- Select the “To Do” option: You’re done! This Service, Chore or Task will now appear on your regular “To Do” version of the Today Screen!
