How to Record Staff Meeting Minutes

To Record Staff Meeting Minutes, go to the “Staff” tab in ResiDex.

  • Press the ‘Meeting Attendance’ button in the upper right of the Staff Screen
  • Press the New button at the top of the screen to create a new meeting
  • A new details pane will open on the right side of the screen. Here you can enter information about the meeting, including the Date, a brief description, and any Meeting Minutes you may have. After you have entered all of this information, press the ‘Save’ Button at the top of the screen
  • After you save a meeting, you can specify the attendees of the meeting by pressing the “Meeting Attendees” button in the upper right.
  • Hold the ‘Control’ button own and select all of the staff members who attended the meeting, and press ‘OK’ when all attendees are selected

Sending Meeting Notes

  • Press the ‘Send Notes’ button in the upper right of the screen to send meeting notes to staff members.

Viewing Meeting Reports

After you have entered information about a meeting, and it’s attendees, you can quickly view summary reports by going to the Snap Reports menu at the top of the screen and selecting ‘Staff Meeting Attendance‘ or the ‘Staff Meeting Report.’ These reports are also accessible from the Reports tab
