What are services
Services are those tasks that your caregivers do everyday for your residents or clients. In ResiDex, services are scheduled to be provided at a certain time and by a certain provider. When services are entered, they appear on the resident Service Plan, the Resident Agreement, Assignment Sheets, the Today screen (or service charts), Billing and numerous reports.
Where do you enter services
Service Plan: You can add, edit or discontinue resident services on their "Service" screen. You may also edit, reassign, or discontinue services on a provider screen.
Where do you see services
Resident Agreement: ResiDex gives you the ability to set up a service agreement that includes the listing of services provided and (if desired) the cost of services.
Assignment Sheets: Create a task sheet for your caregivers with a "to-do" list that includes the details of how and when the services are to be provided.
Today Screen: If you are charting your services online, the services entered in the resident profile will appear on the Today screen, organized by time, unit or resident.
Service charts: If you are charting using a paper based system you may print a variety of charts that allow you to chart services manually.
Billing: When you set up your services to bill according to your specific billing method, you can automatically generate charges in your residents' accounts.
Reporting: Many reports are available including Services Scheduled, Service Recap Summary, Provider Services, Meds and Services Sheet, Planned Services, Resident Profile, Service Summary.
