Service History
In ResiDex, you can locate the history of a specific service and the history of all previous services.
Access a Resident's Service History
Resident Services screen
Click on the "History" button to the right of the service setup. This will allow you to preview a printable report that shows all of the details of each time that service was scheduled for one resident.
Resident Services History report
From the Snap Reports listing, you can access the Resident Service Plan History that shows all of the services that one resident has had scheduled since they have been in your facility.
