Resident List

The Resident List has several features:

• The "Go" Button
• The Option List
• Color Coding

Color Code Residents

• Color coding will show the last resident viewed (blue); hold/reserved (orange) and discharged status (grey)
• The color code "key" is at the bottom of the home screen.

Allow Access to a Resident Profile Screen

• Click the "GO" button (the Green arrow to the left of the resident name)

Allow direct access to resident screens (Meds, Services, Health Info, etc.)

• Use the drop down option by each resident name (the button is located between the Go button and the resident name)

Allow a user to change to a different campus or the "Test Campus"

Each database is loaded with a "Test" campus. The Test Campus can be used to practice what you have learned in training or to train other staff.

If you have multiple campuses, you will need one of the following options to access more than one campus.

• Have the user role Supervisor
• Be granted Regional Lead Access

To switch to a different campus

• Select a different campus by using the drop down option to the right of the campus name
