Med History
ResiDex can give you the history of the medications a resident under your care has had prescribed, including any changes in the dosage, frequency and other details of a med.
Creating Medication History
Whenever a medication changes, and you use the discontinue and restart option, you are creating a line item in the "Med History" report.
The med history will show from what start date until what end date the medication was at the specified dosage and frequency. If the medication is still active, you will see the start date of the dosage with no end date.
