Staff Profile
Enter your staff into ResiDex to give them the ability to view, add and change data in the program
ResiDex has fine grained controls, allowing administrators to set exactly what each staff member can view, add to or change. ResiDex uses information about staff members to record who adds or changes information in the program, allowing you to hold your staff accountable for the information in the program.

How to Enter a new Staff Member
Start from the Staff Tab of ResiDex. This tab displays a list of all of your staff members.
- Press the New Button at the top of the screen, or press Control + N on the keyboard
- Fill in all of the bold fields required
Note: If you use Windows Authentication - each staff member will have their own personal login to windows, and to launch ResiDex they will just click the ResiDex icon and it will open for them, already logged into their username. Their ResiDex user name MUST match their Windows user name.
If you are using ResiDex Authentication – staff members will share a windows login, and to launch ResiDex, they will click on the ResiDex Icon and will then have to enter their individual password. When using ResiDex authentication, the default password is the word "password" in all lower case letters.
After you enter the staff name you will need to add staff roles.
Entering detailed information about your staff will allow ResiDex to generate notifications and reminders about certain details about them, including Birth Date, Background checks, Due Dates for performance evaluations, TB Tests, Vaccination status, and more.
