Provider Chores
While using ResiDex, you may wish to track non-resident specific general cleaning and maintenance tasks. The best way to do this in ResiDex is to use "Chores."
Chores are tasks that will show up on to-do lists, daily assignments, and the Today Screen, but are not associated with any one particular resident or staff member. They are specifically linked to a care provider.
How to Setup Chores
- To set up Chores, go to the Provider's tab
- Press the "Chores" button to the left of the provider you wish to assign.
- Enter a type of Chore, Provider, Description, Minutes, Days, Time, and effective Date
Using Chores
Chores will show up on the Today Screen, and Daily Assignment sheets just like Services and Tasks, and are recapped the same way.
