Document reasons for clinic appointments, current medications for unscheduled clinic visits, capturing new orders from a doctor, and more by using Referrals in ResiDex.
MD Orders are for doctors to indicate if individual residents are appropriate for assisted living. Doctors annually review a list of all of the services and medications a resident has (the MD order) and signs it, indicating that resident is suitable for Assisted Living.
Behavior Tracking in ResiDex allows you to assess possible behaviors, create a behavior plan, record behaviors and interventions, and summarize the documented information.
Vital signs can be recorded in ResiDex from the Resident Profile screen and/or from the Today screen. Charting vitals on the Resident Profile screen are recorded as unscheduled services whereas vitals charted on the Today screen can be scheduled or unscheduled.
