Tracking Lost Prospects
You can track lost prospects by utilizing the additional fields on the Prospect Profile Screen.
1) Click on the option list next to "Status".
2) Choose "Lost" from the list.
3) Additional fields will immediately appear on the screen that allow you to enter detailed information about the lost status:
- Lost Date
- Lost Reason - option list
- Lost to Category - option list
- Lost to Location - free type
- Loss Notes - free type
4) From this information, a report called "Prospects Lost" can be previewed or printed.
