Option 1
$30 Per Month**

Up to 1 Hour Per Month of additional web development/support work or graphic design help will be provided under this Support and Maintenance plan. Any time in excess of 1 Hour / Month will be billed at our hourly rate (See Additional Service Options.)

$50 Per Month**

Up to 2 Hours Per Month of additional web development/support work or graphic design help will be provided. Any time in excess of 2 Hours / Month will be billed at our Hourly Rate (See Additional Service Options.).

**Support and Maintenance Packages Include:

Support: To maximize the effectiveness of your website marketing, it is important to regularly refresh the content of your site.  We will provide training and support for you and your staff as you update the content on your site after your site is live. 

Maintenance: To present a fresh, credible website, it is important that the website be checked for broken links.  We will scan your site weekly for broken links; we will ensure that the site map process runs as needed (to communicate your site content to search engines).  We will also run regular Content Analysis of site, determine if Google is finding a problem with Meta data.

Traffic Reports: Traffic reports will tell you about your progress in marketing your website.  We will provide you reports (on a schedule you specify) on the traffic to your site, summarizing where that traffic has originated from.

Security and Administration: Website security is not a static issue.  It is important to update your security as new threats emerge. We ensure that your website is kept current with the latest Joomla Security Updates.
