Technical Requirements

• ResiDex Hosting clients must have a high speed internet connection for hosting to be an appropriate.
• Windows 7 computers must have at least 2 GB of RAM, however we highly recommend more than 2GB of RAM.
• We highly recommend turning on Windows Updates so your local Windows is regularly updated. We recommend installing all available Windows updates

Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5.1

Windows 7 comes with Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5.1 installed - you just have to turn it on.

To Enable .Net Framework 3.5.1:

• Go to the Start Menu
• Select the Control Panel
• Select "Programs"
• Select "Turn Windows Features on or off"; this opens the Windows Features window
• Find Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5.1, and hit the"+"button right next to it. This will drop down 2 sub-options under Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5.1 - make sure the check boxes next to both of these are selected
• Press "OK"
