Internet Speed Test

If you have ResiDex hosting, and ResiDex appears to be running extremely slow, appears to be unresponsive, "crashed" or "frozen", you may actually be having a problem with your internet connection.

A good first step in resolving this is to do an internet speed test, which measures how strong / fast your internet connection actually is.

Testing Internet Connection Speed

• Open this speed-testing tool in a web browser
• Click the "Run Speed Test" Button
• Look at your score:

If your speed test score is less than DSL Basic, you're internet connection is slower than the required speed to use ResiDex Hosting. This can be fixed by signing up for a faster internet service plan.
