Assess. Summaries
Assessment Summaries in CliniDex are reports that consist of collections of all of the information received into CliniDex during an individual Assessment
To Find and Print Assessment Summaries
- To find and print the form you need, go to the Reports tab of ResiDex.
- From the "Category" drop-down list, select "Assessment Results" or Assessment results - All Residents" this will filter the reports listed down to only Assessment Summaries.
- "Assessment Results" will have Summaries for assessments of individual Residents
- "Assessment Results - All Residents" will summarize information across all of the Assessments you have given for your Residents
- Click the Go button next to the summary for the Assessment you want
- Select the name of the Resident you wish to generate this summary for.
- Preview or print the form as you desire
The Master Care Plan
This is a special Assessment Summary, designed to only summarize information relevant to those directly providing the services to the Resident who was assessed -information on the assessment that wouldn't be useful to those directly providing care will be withheld in this summary.
The Master Care plan can be selected from the "Assessment Results" category
