Supervisory Visit (MN Only)
Entering a Supervisory Visit allows you to use the CliniDex assessment tool to document MN mandated Supervisory Visits.
To Set Up the Supervisory Visit: You perform the same process as you use to set up any assessment. When you do set up your questions, please note that you must have at least one "non-supervisory question" selected also. A non-supervisory visit question is one that is not located under the "supervisory" visit tab.
Follow the steps to select the questions and put a check box in the "Supervisory Visit" box so it will appear on the assessment supervisory visit.
To Enter a Supervisory Visit: A supervisory visit should only be entered AFTER an admission assessment was completed.
- Open the resident profile
- Select "Supervisory Visit" -> Press OK that you want to start the sup. visit
- Enter all the information just as you would enter any other assessment
- When finished - Click "Mark Complete"
