Assessment Structure
Assessments are organized by Sections and Categories
Assessment Sections
Assessment Sections are divisions of different types of Assessment Categories (questions) that could be asked on an Assessment. These sections include:
- Admission
- Independent Living
- Activities of Daily Life
- Medications
- Physical
- Social and Cognitive
- Safety
- Transfer and Discharge
- Supervisory Visit
The Campus Assessment Setup screen displays all Assessment Categories, divided by their respective Assessment Sections. It is helpful to think of the Assessment Sections as just an organizational construct, to make it easy to find the Category you are looking for when you are managing your Assessments.
Assessment Categories
Assessment Categories (also referred to sometimes as Assessment Questions) are different questions that may be asked on an Assessment. Each Category (or question) may be enabled or disabled, depending on if you find them useful or not. Each Category that you choose to have active can be assigned to appear on as many or as few Assessments for your campus as you would like. Each Category belongs to one (and only one) Assessment Section.
