When a previous assessment has been completed for a Resident but circumstances have changed and details on your Assessment need to change, you will need to update an Assessment for that Resident. You can review or update an assessment anytime without starting an entire brand new Assessment. For specifically this purpose, CliniDex gives you the "Review Assessment Details" option.
