An Assessment must be marked Complete before it is considered finished. Because of this, CliniDex only allows you to have one Assessment open for a Resident at a time - you must finish one Assessment by marking it complete before starting another type of Assessment.
Assessments can be consistent with services by setting up the configuration, "Require Assessment to be consistent with services." The reason for this change is to help you ensure that your assessments are always consistent with your services.
You can manually enter the next assessment due date if you need to change the date or if you were not automatically prompted after completing an assessment.
