Supplemental Packages

A Supplemental Package can incorporate any charge that is billed on a monthly or daily basis. A resident can have multiple Supplemental Packages. A resident may also have a Care Package along with Supplemental Package(s).

Creating Supplemental Packages

  • Click the Billing Tab and select - Rates - Supplemental Packages
  • Click New
  • Enter the name for the package, enter the rate and select if it is billed on a daily or monthly rate

Editing Supplemental Packages

  • Start at the Billing - Rates - Supplemental Packages screen
  • Overtype the current supplemental package rate
    • Press tab to move through the fields
    • If someone has that supplemental pacakge - a message will appear "This will effect X number of residents"
    • The change will be made immediately

Selecting a Supplemental Package for a Resident

  • Open the Resident Profile
  • Click the Fees and Payers Button
  • Select the Supplemental Package from the option list in the "Supplemental Package" section
