Supplemental Packages
A Supplemental Package can incorporate any charge that is billed on a monthly or daily basis. A resident can have multiple Supplemental Packages. A resident may also have a Care Package along with Supplemental Package(s).
Creating Supplemental Packages
- Click the Billing Tab and select - Rates - Supplemental Packages
- Click New
- Enter the name for the package, enter the rate and select if it is billed on a daily or monthly rate
Editing Supplemental Packages
- Start at the Billing - Rates - Supplemental Packages screen
- Overtype the current supplemental package rate
- Press tab to move through the fields
- If someone has that supplemental pacakge - a message will appear "This will effect X number of residents"
- The change will be made immediately
Selecting a Supplemental Package for a Resident
- Open the Resident Profile
- Click the Fees and Payers Button
- Select the Supplemental Package from the option list in the "Supplemental Package" section
