Creating Shortcut Keys

When documenting activity participation, shortcut keys are available to make entering notes faster and more concise.

Activity Note Shortcut Setup

1. Click on the Setup tab
2. Click on "Activities" in the Select Category box
3. Click on "Activity Note Shortcuts" in the Select Option box
4. On the first available line, type in the letter you will use to prompt the automatic note
5. Tab to the Automatic Note field and type in the word or phrase that the key code represents
6. Close the screen to save
